At Panelsource, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must not have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please do not return items without prior authorization.


Return Shipping

Panelsource covers the cost of return shipping. Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees.

We will coordinate the return process to ensure the equipment is safely transported back.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been significantly altered or damaged after delivery
  • The return request is made after the 30-day window
  • The item does not match the original order condition

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
